Scalepoint EasyClaim Hub&Core App provides craftsmen and insurance assessors easy access to work with insurance building claims cases in the field using a smartphone or tablet. The app also works for assessors for policy inspection/risk assessment when insurance company with to validate policy risk when a new policy is to be enabled

Users will have a total overview of all claims assigned to them, and they will be entering a specific claim
be able to:

• Register and change details about the claim
• Create video and attach video to claim
• Connect to internal partner page with guide and information
• See claim on map, get route from internal map, see other claims near your position
• Direct link to claim case in webapplication
• See what tasks are assigned to him/her and others
• Take pictures with camera and/or from archive in phone
• Create claim sketch and draw on images
• See reports created by themselves and other participants
• See settlement overview
• See all participants on the claim
• Send messages and call participants; with option to make a note about call on the case
• Find claim address using iPhone Map

Data will always be synchronized to and from ECB application on the fly.
